Remove Ads Connection

/api/integrations/ads/connections/:provider_account_id

Remove an ad platform login and disconnect its selected ad accounts.

The login must belong to this account. Campaign history is kept. The ad platform deletes the login after about an hour; until then the reactivate call restores it, and a different login for the same platform can be connected once that hour has passed.
